This company sucks to the max. If you can help it do not order anything through them.

I PLACED AN ORDER THRU WALMART THEN HAD IT CANCELED BY ONE OF THEIR ASSOCIATES. THE COMPANY HERE CLAIMS IT WAS NOT THEIR EMPLOYEE. THE SENT THE ITEM ANYWAY. NOW WANT ME TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS BACK AND THE OFFERED ME 30% OF VALUE.

FOR THIS OFFER i WOULD RATHER THROW IT IN THE DUMP (GARBAGE) THEN THEY MAKE A PROFIT OF 200% ON A ITEM i PURCHASED THROUGH THE

If I can give a negative rating I would. I ordered a playset for my baby's Christmas never received it. I have went through Walmart and Desonic with no success. They do not care about their customers and I would never order from them again . So I guess my baby will not get Christmas now. Do not order from them! They will take your money!

If Desonic LLC would have someone that was caring about their customers, they would have at least called me back. I received an Email from Walmart Rep. on 12/12/2022 at 11:07 PM. I have the answer to their problem. Assembly Problem caused by manufacturing anomalies on parts D2, D3 and D4. I just want the {3} parts sent so my twin girls can finally sleep in their bed, other than this and a few drilling of holes that was not correct the BunkBed is ok.
